Michaela throws her bouquet. An English tradition which has been passed down through the generations and is supposed to represent the passing on of good fortune from the bride to a single lady.
I am delighted to have become licensed to officiate for all marriage, civil unions, funerals and a wide range of other ceremonial blessings in New Zealand I have for many years held and creatively facilitated that sacred space of ritual, blessing and transition throughout my life work.
I have a vast experience of gathering what are the most precious threads and stories of our lives and helping my clients to create meaningful ‘rights of passage’, throughout the many stages of our/their life journeys. The hallmark of these occasions are steeped in the qualiites of Commitment, Consecration and Celebration.
I look forward to accompanying you in your unique experience and creating a memorable occasion that will past the test of time and live on in yours and you loved ones heart, mind and soul.

The experience what we had with lovely person Maranu was astonishing. Firstly our meeting we set up date, time and our expectations with keeping the low cost. She was happy to take us through ceremony smoothly with all important things so for us great choice. We highly recommend her for anyone for their future weddings!

A pleasure to say a few words about my experience of your work as celebrant from the perspective of mother of the bride. It was so helpful how flexible you were in meeting with us and using SKYPE etc to progress plans. Your communication is always clear, warm and at the right time! You had such skill in helping the couple clarify what was really important to them for the service and whole day as well as encouraging them to think about different options and approaches.
With the grooms family coming from overseas it was really important for everyone to feel welcome and included in the service and celebrations, that the culture of all the families could come to expression. You crafted this beautifully and it was such a fun and joyous celebration with also the gravitas that is needed in such a life event.
Amongst the excitement of plenty of weather you remained able to go with the flow as it was all worked through and the day turned out just perfect.
I hope many other couples and families can enjoy the magic of your warm touch in their special day.
